Refund and Returns Policy

At KB Handicraft, we take pride in offering high-quality handcrafted products. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that meet the following conditions:

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact
  • Items must not show any signs of wear or use
  • Custom or personalized handicraft items are not eligible for return

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom-made or personalized handicraft products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care

Refund Process

Step 1: Initiate Return

Contact our customer service team at info@kbhandicraft.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

Step 2: Return Approval

Once we review your request, we’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.

Step 3: Ship the Item

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Step 4: Inspection & Refund

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item within 5-7 business days. Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us immediately at info@kbhandicraft.com with photos of the damage
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
  • Return shipping will be covered by KB Handicraft
  • Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for your desired item.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns

Refund Timeline

  • Inspection: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Processing: 7-10 business days after approval
  • Bank Processing: Additional 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution

Please note that the total time for receiving your refund may be 2-3 weeks from when you ship the item back to us.

International Returns

For international orders:

  • Same 30-day return policy applies
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Refunds will be issued in the original currency of purchase

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, if your order has already been processed or shipped, standard return policies apply.
