We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that meet the following conditions:

Once we review your request, we’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item within 5-7 business days. Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for your desired item.
Please note that the total time for receiving your refund may be 2-3 weeks from when you ship the item back to us.
For international orders:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, if your order has already been processed or shipped, standard return policies apply.
